# NORTHERN DISTRICT

The Northern District occupies the northern part of the city. And while the Agora undoubtedly represents the driving centre of Veel-Tark, it is in the Northern District that the major decisions affecting the founding and regulation of Veel-Tark seem to be made, as it is home to some very significant buildings.
